Get answers to common questions about Standard Stress Relief Massage - 60 Mins.
During your 60-minute session, the therapist focuses on major tension areas using techniques and pressure you prefer. Expect consultation, targeted massage, brief transitions, and time to rest afterwards for reduced pain and improved mobility.
Absolutely. Tell your therapist at the start if you prefer gentle or firm pressure; they will adjust to your comfort. Pressure can be modified during the session if areas need more attention or if you experience discomfort.
Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to complete intake forms and a brief health consultation. This allows the therapist to customize your session and ensures a calm start. Late arrivals may shorten the massage.
Certain medical conditions require precautions or medical clearance, including recent surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, deep vein thrombosis, infectious skin conditions, or pregnancy complications. Disclose medical history during booking so we can adjust treatment safely.
You may undress to your comfort level; therapists use professional draping to expose only the area being worked on. Private changing areas are provided. Communicate boundaries at any time; our staff prioritize dignity, consent, and safety.
Drink plenty of water, rest, and avoid strenuous activity for the remainder of the day. Apply heat or cold to any sore spots, follow any therapist recommendations, and schedule follow-up sessions for ongoing tension management.
